Hi, I'm Tracy — a Sound Therapy Specialist based in Cambridge, Ontario. My journey into holistic healing began with a deep personal calling to help others find peace and restoration in a world that often feels overwhelming.
I believe that healing is not one-size-fits-all. Through the ancient practices of sound therapy and Reiki energy healing, I help people reconnect with their inner calm, release what no longer serves them, and step into a more balanced, grounded way of being.
Every Wednesday and Monday evening, I welcome a beautiful community to Riverside Massage Therapy in Cambridge for group sound baths. I also offer private Reiki sessions for those seeking more personalized healing.
Whether this is your first experience with holistic healing or you're deepening an existing practice — I'm honored to hold space for you on your journey.
New to sound baths or energy healing? Here's everything you need to know to feel comfortable and prepared.
Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing. Bring a yoga mat, blanket, and pillow — you'll be lying down for the session, so make yourself as cozy as possible. Avoid heavy meals right before, and stay hydrated.
Arrive 10–15 minutes early to settle in. You'll set up your mat in the healing room — a warm, calming space filled with crystals and soft lighting. Tracy will greet you and answer any questions.
Simply lie back, close your eyes, and let the sounds wash over you. There's no right or wrong way to experience a sound bath — some people drift into deep meditation, others fall asleep, and some feel waves of emotion. All responses are welcome and normal.
Take your time getting up. Drink plenty of water to help your body process the experience. Many people report improved sleep, reduced anxiety, and a deep sense of calm that lasts for days after a session.

A sound bath is a meditative experience where you lie down and are immersed in resonant sounds from instruments like singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and tuning forks. The vibrations help slow brainwave activity from active thinking (beta) into deep relaxation and meditation (alpha and theta states). No experience is needed — you simply lie back, close your eyes, and let the sound do the work.
Not at all. Sound baths are suitable for complete beginners and experienced meditators alike. There's no right or wrong way to experience a session — some people drift into deep meditation, others fall asleep, and some feel waves of emotion. All responses are welcome and normal.

Group sound baths are held every Wednesday from 5:30–6:30 PM and every Monday from 7:00–8:00 PM at Riverside Massage Therapy, 10 Hood Street, Cambridge, Ontario. Private Reiki and sound bath sessions are available by appointment — contact Tracy to schedule.
